As I am elderly and have replacement hips and knees, the underlying theme has been maintenance of body mobility, but increasingly Jo has used a variety of her skills to treat individual areas which have caused me difficulty. Jo is unfailingly professional but is always empathic. Her detailed questioning at the beginning of each session facilitates her approach for that particular visit. Jo is an important part of keeping this particular ship afloat and I hold her in very high esteem."
